The Ipevo Ziggi-HD is unquestionably the best esteem/most negligible moderator camera I've utilized. It's lightweight, convey capable, and extremely easy to utilize. It has no unessential highlights, and when all is said in done just functions admirably.

This is an absolutely strong moderator. It's a decent USB camera that attaches to your PC, and does what it should. There are a couple of things that could be somewhat better (low light execution, dynamic range, a light for low-light circumstances), yet the majority of that fails to measure up to the crude esteem the low cost gives.
