There were NO INSTRUCTIONS AND NO HARDWARE. Simply the plastic pieces. How on the planet does this happen to such a significant number of individuals?! Low quality control no doubt. I DID NOT purchase this from an outsider merchant; I got it from Amazon as the vender so there is no reason for this. The issue is, my better half collected the unit before understanding that we didn't have the equipment. The equipment required is the pivots and rushes to keep the cover on. Issue is, You can't simply dismantle this unit once built without utilizing a mallet and totally pulverizing it so there's no real way to return it. I have taken a stab at calling their help group for the most recent week and continue getting a message saying "because of a strangely high call volume, we can not help you a this time" or something to that effect. Is it accurate to say that you are messing with me? What's more, I've messaged them very nearly multi week back with no reaction
