I wear these gloves when utilizing a case grater or my mandoline. I have cut myself so may times on the grater it's strange. These gloves are comfortable and keep my fingers sheltered and sound. Ideal for shellfish shucking. I wipe them off and put them away for whenever. Cherish them!!
